For our international customers, we rely on registered international courier companies and/or International speed post for shipping and delivery. Domestic orders are shipped through registered domestic courier services and/or speed post. We aim to dispatch orders within 0-7 days, or as per the agreed delivery date specified during order confirmation. The actual delivery is subject to the norms of the courier company or post office. While Heldilyf commits to handing over the consignment within 0-7 days from the order and payment date, any delays in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities are beyond our liability. The buyer’s provided address will be the delivery destination. Service delivery details will be confirmed via the specified email address during registration.
